Cancellation and Refund Policy

A direct explanation of how to stop a trial, cancel paid service, and request a billing correction.

1. Free trials do not auto-convert

A 14-day trial ends without charge unless the merchant affirmatively authorizes a paid plan and its billing details. Creating a merchant account, using the trial, or allowing the trial to expire does not by itself authorize a charge.

A merchant may stop using a trial at any time. Because no trial fee is charged, there is no trial payment to refund.

2. How to cancel paid service

Send a cancellation request from an authorized merchant email address to support@adherely.co. Include the store domain and account name, but do not send a password, payment-card number, customer phone number, or private hub link. Adherely will acknowledge the request and may verify the requester's authority before making account changes.

Unless a written order form says otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the merchant's current paid monthly period. The merchant may continue using paid service through that date, and no new monthly period will be invoiced after cancellation takes effect.

3. Refunds and billing corrections

Paid monthly fees are generally non-refundable once the paid period begins because service capacity remains available for that period. Adherely will correct duplicate charges, charges made without the merchant's authorization, and other confirmed billing errors. Refunds will also be provided where required by law.

If Adherely ends a prepaid paid period for convenience rather than for merchant breach, security risk, unlawful use, or nonpayment, Adherely will provide a proportional refund or credit for the unused portion. Requests should identify the disputed invoice and explain the issue, without including full payment credentials.

4. Plan and usage changes

Crossing a plan's tracked-order or active-customer limit does not automatically authorize an overage fee or plan upgrade. Adherely will confirm a different plan and price with the merchant before charging it. A merchant may decline that change and cancel future service.

5. Data after cancellation

Cancelling paid service does not itself erase merchant or consumer data. Retention, export, and verified deletion requests are handled under the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Data Processing Addendum.

6. Contact

Questions about cancellation, refunds, or an invoice can be sent to support@adherely.co. The merchant Terms of Service also apply.
