How Adherely SMS enrollment works

Daniel Chen Jun Wang is the registered sole proprietor operating Adherely. This SOLE_PROPRIETOR campaign covers Adherely's own program, not messaging on behalf of independent merchants. It sends recurring automated informational messages—daily product-use reminders, progress updates, and occasional service messages—to consumers who voluntarily select the optional daily-SMS checkbox. Daily-SMS subscribers may additionally select a separate optional marketing checkbox for rewards, discount offers, and refill promotions. Marketing consent is not required for daily SMS. The campaign does not send authentication, OTP, or 2FA messages; Twilio Verify delivers a separate one-time phone-ownership code outside this recurring campaign. Users can skip SMS or submit with both boxes unchecked to use the public web-only daily check-in without a phone, account, or purchase. Web-only history stays in that browser. Accepting service terms does not grant SMS consent. Adherely does not use purchased lists, imported order numbers, or third-party consent.

  1. Path 1

    Direct website enrollment

Anyone may use this public page. No account, purchase, invitation, or login is required.

  2. Path 2

    Order-invitation enrollment

A post-purchase link opens the same public consent form. A purchase or imported phone number never counts as consent.

  3. Path 3

    QR-code enrollment

A product code visits /s/[code] and redirects to /start?scan=[code], showing the same public consent form. Scanning the code never counts as consent.

Optional informational consent

The checkbox is separate, optional, and unchecked by default. Its label reads: “Optional: I agree to receive recurring automated informational SMS messages from Adherely about daily product-use reminders and progress updates at the number provided. Message frequency is up to one message per day plus occasional service messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not required to purchase, create an account, or use Adherely's web-only service.”

Optional marketing consent

Daily-SMS subscribers can also choose this separate, optional checkbox, which is unchecked by default. Marketing is not required for daily reminders. Its label reads: “Optional: I separately agree to receive recurring automated marketing SMS messages from Adherely about rewards, discount offers, and refill promotions at the number provided. Message frequency varies, up to 4 marketing messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not required to purchase, create an account, or use Adherely's web-only service.”

Continue without SMS

Choose this option at any step, or submit the form with SMS unchecked. The web-only daily check-in needs no mobile number, account, purchase, or SMS consent. Its history stays in this browser and it sends no text messages.

Open the no-SMS service

Every SMS path uses the same optional consent controls. A user who chooses SMS enters their own mobile number and completes one phone-ownership confirmation through Twilio Verify before SMS enrollment is created. That one-time code is sent separately, outside this A2P campaign. Adherely does not offer initial enrollment by SMS keyword, paper form, or verbal consent. Replying START only resumes an existing enrollment after an earlier STOP request.

Creating an account, using Adherely, or accepting its Terms of Service does not provide SMS consent. Leaving SMS unchecked and submitting the form opens the web-only check-in without asking for a mobile number or sending a confirmation code.

Each SMS consent checkbox is separate, optional, and unchecked by default. Declining SMS does not prevent a purchase, account creation, or use of Adherely's web-only daily check-in. Mobile information and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
